Customer Reviews: Lenovo S10-2 Review June 27, 2010 Administrator Nice form factor. Good speed for size. Laptop works fine. Just a little misleading in that is has the port for the sim card but no edge modem installed.
DO NOT BUY March 31, 2010 Seth A. Piper (Arkansas) Owned for 30 days, while watching a movie with my daughter the lcd screen went out. Soon, you could see a crack in the screen towards the bottom right section and plaid designs going throughout the whole screen. Tried to simply reboot to see if perhaps by any type of miracle that would help. But, this was to no avail. So, due to the selling company not handling the warranties personally, I had to then contact Lenovo for service. I had to pay for shipment to their repair center, since this did not qualify for pre paid mailing. Once received, I get a call that I would have to pay $154.00. No way around it, no matter how much I pleaded with Lenovo. They are an awful company to deal with. Save you money and time.
Great Little Computer for the Price March 23, 2010 N. Lentz (Maryland) This is a great little computer for the price. You will not be sorry if you buy this computer - the price is unbelievable and the performance is amazing. Yes, it is pink, but a soft pink - any girl will love it. It would be a good buy for a student or someone who just wants a smaller computer to play with. The best value I have seen in netbooks!
better color than it looks January 30, 2010 P. Minner (Philadelphia, PA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this as a gift for our college student and I was a little worried about the color but it's much better and softer than it looks in the picture. She absolutely loves it! We all have a lenovo and the best thing about it is the camera on the top because we skype with everyone in the family. It's a great way to keep in touch. Buy it! You won't be sorry.
